We are always looking for volunteers to help run the race.&nbsp; If you can help please contact Ed at Tussey Mountain Outfitters 814-355-5690 or come to the first race meeting on Jan 20 at 6:00pm at Tussey Mountain Outfitters.</p> <p>Help is needed:</p> <ol> <li>Start &amp; finish timing crew (run stop watches, do math skills) </li> <li>Registration table (sign in racers the morning of the race) </li> <li>Experienced paddlers for on water assistance (to help fish out swimming racers a various spots along the race course) </li> <li>Awards ceremony helpers (some one good at announcing winners in front of a crowd and some one to help pass out awards) </li> <li>Race bib collectors (collect race bibs from racers at finish line and hand out prize drawing tickets) </li> <li>Prize drawing ticket takers (check winning price drawing ticket holders and pass out prizes at awards ceremony) </li> <li>General help the day of the race (willing to help with any of the above) </li> </ol> <p>Many of the tasks need little experience, we will guide you along.</p> <p>Hope you can help</p> <p>Thanks</p> <p>Ed at TMO</p> The Red Moshannon Down River Race for Canoes and Kayaks will be held March 31 2012.
